hi friends i write today something about sadness,,,
because Right now my one of the friend is so much sad..so....
some idei in my mind..and share with you.
Many a times, the problem lies in the way , we view a certain situation. Every happening, every event, every opportunity in life, comes with its own pros and cons. How we choose to view it, most of the times, depends upon our attitude. Just like a glass of water, may appear half-full to some and half-empty to some, the same way, we may only be considering the negatives and choosing to ignore the positives.
I remember, a friend of mine, was stuck up in a low-paying, uninteresting job, and used to feel quite low about it. One day, we just discussed his situation and to our surprise, discovered a lot of positive things. The good things, which he had probably taken granted, till then were: he was only 20 minutes from his office, no late hours, very accommodating boss., while most of the people were spending 4-5 hours , just traveling to and from office. He was able to spend a lot of time with his family. And this discovery , immediately lifted his spirits, infact, he even stopped looking for a change. So, let?€™s concentrate on pros rather than cons !
Distract your thoughts
.If one is unable to analyze the situation with the clarity of thought required to break it down into positives and negatives, the other alternative is to busy oneself in other activities, preferably, things one enjoys doing, like listen to music, watch a movie, read a book, take a vacation with friend or family. Such distractions can actually un-hook us from the negative mindset.
Laugh out the Blues
There? no doubt that ?laughter is the best medicine? and one should take recourse into it, when everything else fails. Watch a funny movie, read a humorous book or just try remembering the most funny incident of your life. Just laugh your guts out and lighten the burden of negative thoughts.
Pen down your thoughts...
Another effective way of countering the blues, is penning down your thoughts. Most of the times, the triviality of the issue would immediately be evident , once you try writing it down. We generally try to follow a logical flow when we write , but in cases, where the negative mindset springs from illogical thinking, the same will become obvious when we try to pen it down.
Work the blues out
A vigorous work-out can actually be very effective in flushing out the negativities from the system. Go to the gym or better still , some aerobics at home, over your favourite number, will do the trick !!

Selfless service, giving without any expectations, helping others and just brightening up someone?€™s else?€™s life are great stress busters. The joy of giving without expecting anything in return , has miraculous curative powers. The happiness that you will bring in someone else?€™s life will help you bond with the ultimate reality ?€“ Love !! Once you allow yourself to get fully submerged in love, there would be no place for hurt, sadness, grief?€?.. Let there be love and only love in your life. And remember that love holds no expectations, knows no boundaries?€?.it is the Universe?€?the supreme reality !!
Finally, just think, how much worse, it could have been?€?.Try to feel good and grateful for what you have. Think of the millions of children , starving to death in Somalia, think of the millions who are jobless, think of those whose lives have never been, distantly brushed by any form of love and care?€?think of those who have lost everything in life?€?..Don’t you find yourself so much better off !!
